Donations are accepted Monday through Saturday from 10:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. It would be very helpful and greatly appreciated if items could be separated and boxed, preferably by clothing, books, linen, and house wares - this allows us to stack and store boxes more efficiently.

Items accepted must be in good repair and re-sellable condition. The following is a PARTIAL list of the items we DO NOT accept. If you are unsure about a particular item, please call and check with us!

Tube and rear projection televisions (we do take working LCD and LED T.V.'s)

Sleeper sofas and sleeper loveseats

Console stereos

Microwaves (Unless they are newer and in good, clean, working order)

Humidifiers and dehumidifiers
Computers and computer components 

Typewriters and word processors
Fax machines

Gas appliances

Built in dishwashers

Range hoods
Tires & Batteries
Plumbing fixtures

Carpet
Doors and windows

Building supplies (Tile, bricks, cement blocks, built in cabinets, counter tops, etc)
Non-working electronics
Waterbeds and waterbed frames

Hospital beds

Book case headboards

Drop side baby cribs

Particle board furniture

Entertainment centers

Incomplete items (table tops, partial sectional sofas, etc)
Ripped, broken, smelly, water damaged, or stained/soiled furniture, mattresses or area rugs.

 

Please see store personnel before dropping off items.  All other donations should be brought aroud the North side of the building to the garage door. Donations should NEVER be dropped off after business hours.  It is illegal to drop items off when the store is closed. These items often times get vandalized and may be unusable.

“PERSONS DROPPING OFF ITEMS OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO A $500 FINE PER OCCURRENCE PURSUANT TO WISCONSIN STATUTE 287.81”
